These Terms govern access to and use of Aurum, including Gold Coins, promotional Sweeps Cash, games, multiplayer features, purchases, promotions and redemptions.
You must be at least 18 years old and at least the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction. You may use Aurum only where the applicable activity is lawful. Sweeps Cash play, promotions, tournaments or redemptions may be unavailable or restricted in particular locations. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for complying with laws that apply to you.
Each player may maintain only the number of accounts Aurum permits. Account sharing, false identity information, duplicate-account abuse and attempts to evade account restrictions are prohibited. Keep your password and email account secure. Password recovery is authorized through a one-time code sent to the email registered on the Aurum account. A Solana wallet is not required to create or browse an account, but Aurum may require a valid saved public Solana wallet address before access to gameplay. A wallet may be added by connecting a compatible wallet or by entering its public address manually. Never provide a seed phrase or private key.
Gold Coins (GC) are for entertainment play only and have no cash value. Sweeps Cash (SC) is a separate promotional balance. Where redemption is enabled and the player is eligible, 1 redeemable SC has a $1 redemption value. Promotional SC is not automatically redeemable; eligible gameplay and the applicable rules determine what portion, if any, becomes redeemable. GC and SC are not bank deposits, investments, securities or cryptocurrency balances.
Purchases are for Gold Coin packages. A package may include promotional SC as a bonus. The exact package contents and price shown at checkout control the purchase. Payment processing may be performed by third-party providers. Server-authoritative results and the rules displayed for a game control in the event of a display or animation discrepancy. No outcome, profit or redemption is guaranteed.
Multiplayer games may involve pooled entries, buy-ins, rebuys, pots or disclosed house fees/rake. The amount committed, refund conditions, timeouts, disconnections and payout rules are governed by the rules displayed for that multiplayer mode. Players may not collude, share hidden information, manipulate outcomes or use multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
Promotions, welcome offers, promo codes, rewards, events and tournaments may have separate eligibility, expiration, entry, prize and abuse-prevention rules. Aurum may void promotional value obtained through duplicate accounts, automation, fraud, chargebacks or other prohibited conduct. A purchase does not guarantee a win or redemption.
Only eligible redeemable SC may be redeemed. Current minimums, verification requirements, available payout methods and any other limits are shown in the Withdraw area and may change when reasonably necessary. You are responsible for entering an accurate payout address. Aurum may delay or reject a redemption when required for security, fraud review, legal compliance or investigation of account activity.
You may not exploit bugs, manipulate client software or network traffic, use bots to gain an unfair advantage, interfere with other players, abuse promotions, launder funds, submit fraudulent payments, impersonate another person, harass users, or attempt to access systems or accounts without authorization. Security testing requires Aurum's permission and must not affect other users or live funds.
Aurum may restrict, suspend or close an account when reasonably necessary to protect players, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce these Terms, respond to chargebacks, or comply with legal requirements. Where appropriate, Aurum may require additional verification before restoring access or processing a redemption.
Aurum may add, change, suspend or discontinue games, features, promotions, reward structures or technical systems. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may make the service unavailable. Aurum may correct obvious technical, pricing, display or settlement errors and will use account and transaction records to resolve discrepancies.
Aurum's name, branding, game artwork, interface, code, sounds, text and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited personal right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of Aurum content or technology.
You are responsible for taxes, reporting obligations or other governmental charges that may apply to prizes, redemptions or other value you receive. Aurum may request information or provide reporting when required by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Aurum is provided on an "as available" basis. Internet connections, browsers, wallets, payment processors and third-party networks can fail or be delayed. Aurum does not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular game outcome, profit, tournament placement or redemption result.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aurum is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Aurum uses account, device, transaction and security information to operate the service, prevent abuse, process payments and redemptions, provide support and protect accounts. Security and transactional emails, including verification, password-reset and withdrawal-confirmation messages, may be sent when necessary to operate your account.
Aurum may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are published. Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
Questions about an account, payment, redemption or these Terms should be submitted through the Aurum Support Center. If a separate promotion, tournament or game rule conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific rule controls for that feature.
